edcuate yourself by reading this site often, using "search", and asking questions here. You think you know what you want, but everyone here will testify that will change as you get to know the car, options, etc. You don't want to waste money or time if you can help it. People can help you better if you fill in your profile, including mileage, and what's been done: mods and maintenance. Describe any existing issues. ... For example, you can safely put a pop charger and ECU on it now, but you have to learn where you want to buy:"search" will give you different opinions. The EBC can wait for now, the TBE is such a personal decision that you should wait a while before doing that.
